It all started with a Rockette and Blue Man.
Our founders’ past lives include two decades in the New York City dance, film, theater and art worlds. In 2014 Wilder launched as a Nashville shop with an irreverent approach to modern design, in all its articulations.
We have since grown into a nimble creative platform that works with an international stable of co-conspirators to evolve the relationship between environment and awareness, art and design across an increasing array of mediums.

IVY ELROD
Co-founder, Principal
Ivy is a multidisciplinary creative with a talent for both activating and captivating a room. A graduate of Columbia University, Ivy’s background includes acting, dancing and writing (covering art, culture, travel and design). Her superpower is revealing harmony in seemingly unrelated elements. Interests include theatrical absurdity, synesthesia, nimbly straddling left and right brain, and dancing with her children. Oh yes, and she was once a Radio City Rockette.
JOSH ELROD
Co-founder, Creative Director
Josh’s diverse creative experiences, along with his passion for design, art, performance and music is at the core of the Wilder brand. His performing career includes ten years of performing with Blue Man Group, acting in a number of feature films and commercials, as well as playing drums for dozens of bands. He is an avid painter and has exhibited his work in NYC, Los Angeles and Nashville. He also collects textiles, records and art made by prisoners.
Wilder serves businesses, individuals, members of the trade and brands.
